and repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.
If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask about the status of your Seasons product key, not only whether it's on your account but whether it's active and valid. If not, if it's been blocked (usually due to a bad code), you'll need to have the support rep remove it before you can buy it again.
