The Sims 3 stuff packs not downloading

My mother purchased 2 sims 3 stuff packs for me for my birthday; High End Loft Stuff and Diesel Stuff, she purchased them yesterday from origin and went to download them today, I followed all the instructions,and when I got to the "My Games" tab in the Origin Client section, no games were ready to download. I would like to know why I can't download my games since they were a birthday present to me, thanks.
