The Sims 3 Supernatural

Question

Hello, I recently added Sims 3 Supernatural to my Origin account, but not realizing I was logged into the wrong account. I already had put the product code in to install and I canceled it half way through when I realized I wasn't on the right account, hoping that I would still be able to put it on my other account. I tried and it said the product code was already used. Now I can't play my new expansion because I have The Sims 3 on one Origin account and The Sims 3 Supernatural on a different Origin account. Is there any way I could switch my Supernaturals to my other Origin account?

contact CS to assist with merging the accounts , although at&nbsp;th moment you will have to wait to able to contact the as there is maintenance going&nbsp; on
