the sims 3 town life??????????????????????

i was lucky to be able to download the game to my games in origin etc but it wont work on when i play sims 3 how do i get it from origin to my actual sims 3 game? thanks

    You mean the launcher ?

    Did you try starting Origin as Administrator (right-click on the short cut and choose run as administrator), then click play on Origin to see if the launcher starts ?

    Did the game work ok before you installed TL ?

    What happens when you click play ? Does the launcher start ?

    What's your operating system ?

    hi thanks for answering my system is windows 8 and when i click play the browser doesnt come u i still have to open that normally any help would e great

    i managed to get townlife on to my game i dont understand why i cannot now put the new venues into my town ive never had any of these prolems i have a fair few expansions added now ut never any problems like this

    are you setting the lot type right ? in the drop down menu the new venues have a lot type to select laundromat, fire station and salon
