@DaddyHailey1020 If you have a Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, please move it to the desktop and try again to play. This will temporarily remove your saves and other user content, but that can be addressed later. The point for now is to see whether the game works at all.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
- 3 years ago@puzzlezaddict I have know clue what antivirus I have and the dxdig I have tried it still doesn’t work, I just tried to pull it out of the folder and it didn’t let me

@DaddyHailey1020 Please attach the dxdiag to a reply here. You need to choose Reply, not Quick Reply, and click the Browse button next to the paper clip icon below the text field where you type your reply.
Please also let me know what happens when you try to move the Sims 3 folder. If you get an error message, either type out the exact wording or post a screenshot.
