the sims on multiple devices with ea play

Hey, recently I started using the EA app since origin doesnt exist anymore, and I mailyn play The Sims 3, however me and my sister share an account, she only play the sims 3, when shes playing I can open the sims medieval and the sims 4, even though the app complains about two devices on the same account. But when we try to open the sims 3 on both computers, sometimes the game launches and plays fine, sometimes it doesnt even launch because two devices in the same account. I was wondering if I sign for EA Play, the problem would stop, because apparently with EA Play would allow multiple players

  • @onlysims29  No, there probably won't be any difference if you buy an EA Play subscription.  The same rules apply there as when you own a game outright.

Technically, it's against EA's terms of service to share accounts.  But you may be able to get around the issue by setting the EA App to run in offline mode on one of the computers.  You may also need to avoid signing into the Sims 3 launcher, which is totally unnecessary anyway, or the Main Menu, which only enables a few online features and badges, but I haven't tested this.
