The Sims3 Download time
Hi there, I am trying to download The Sims 3 from disc through Origin, but it is going to take over 6 hours to do so. Is there any way that I can speed up this process. I would like to start playing...

If its through a disk it shouldn;t take that long unless you have an absolute CRAP computer. Mine took 20-30 mins to download.

My computer is less than two years old and I have been downloading for over 2 hours already and it's only at 20%. I don't know why this is occuring as all the content is on the disk I just purchased. I am getting quite frustrated as I have spent hours trying to solve this problem.
Any other ideas?

Should be the same for Sims 3. Just do the same for Sims 3 instead of Mass Effect 3.
(of course only if your download still hasn't completed)
