My entire content of EA games has disappeared. I own Sims 2, I own EVERYTHING associated with Sims 3, I own 7 or 8 packs of Sims 4, I owned a Mafia game, I owned a hospital game. THEY ARE ALL GONE FROM MY ORIGIN PAGE!  The man on Facebook EA Help logged on and said he was going to help me. He didn't come back for 1 hour and 40 minutes! I got on EA Help Chat from the Origin site and the new guy was on chat with me for 40 minutes and he could not help me. He says there is no record of me EVER having any EA games!!!! I could clearly see everything but the expansion packs for Sims3 on my origin account when I began chatting with him! I am Gtrgrl on Origin and thesims3.com  I have attached proof I own the games.What can you do to help me? I am Gtrgrl on Origin and thesims3.com  my email is  [edit: email address removed]  I have bank statements showing Sims 4 purchases within the last 12 months. I have an account here!!!

    Hey @gtrgrl,

    Silly question, but it’s one that I have to ask: Are you sure you’re logging in with the right account? A lot of the times when someone can’t find their games it’s because they’re logged in with the wrong account.

    Also, are you using Origin or the EA App? If you’re using the EA App, it might be worth trying Origin instead. The app is still in beta, and sometimes has issues (especially with older games).

    You could try clearing your Origin cache, in case there’s an old or corrupt file in there that’s causing issues and not showing your games. This article explains how you can do that.

    The odds of this are low, but it might be worth it to make sure that you haven’t accidentally hidden the games in your library. If you click filter in the top right of your Origin library, you can choose to show hidden games. I know that I once accidentally did that to myself and I spent forever trying to find my own games.
