I want to buy expansion pack for sims 3 (I have sims 3 base game) but it writes that error "There was an error retrieving item information. Please check back later." What ıs the reason of this problem and how can I fix ?
@julide1992 Where do you see the error: in the EA App, or on the EA website, or somewhere else? And when in the process of buying do you see the error, for example when you first click Buy or when you try to enter your credit card information?
