Hello. I have reviewed several topics and tried a few of the solutions to my issue, to no avail. As you can imagine, it is frustrating. I have the Sims 3 game, as well as a few Expansions Packs....

Is your game updated to 1.55 ?

Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.
