Thesims3.com um...invalid information on username/password

 I went online to thesims3.com. Bought some of the boxed items and so fourth. Downloaded a bunch. Than it had some sort of download error which it said to read the logs but I've no idea what it was t...

    For all questions about your account, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
