This product requires an installed copy of sims 3, When sims 3 is clearly intalled on my computer.

 I kept having issues with a black screen where it would say it wasnt responding and would completely lock up. One day my game would work fine, the next day I couldnt even pull up origin. I bought this and installed them online to Origin. Yesterday, i got so mad with the game not working. I completely uninstalled Origin, Sims 3 & pets, Hoping that would fix the issue. No, it only made it worse. I reinstalled origin and made sure it was on my computer only one time. I went ahead and started to download sims and pets. After they had both downloaded i went ahead and installed sims, so i could install pets. When i got the error i seriously about threw my laptop. I went to unistall sims 3 yet again and i found it said it wasnt even installed and the file was no where to be found. So now i have no way to "unistall" sims 3 because it apparently isnt even on my computer. I am beyond frustrated with this game. Not to mention if it did work, i couldnt even get to the launcher.

I also have Norton 360 virus protection and when he went through and deleted unknown stuff on my computer, Origin was on there about 6 times. I have updated the version many times and nothing is working. I would set my computer back to factory setting but i would loose windows. I have had this game for over a  month and a half and have only been able to play it 4 times. This has not only wasted my money but has screwed up my computer. Until someone figures this out you can gaurantee i will not be buying anymore EA products.
