I agree, how in the heck can people afford pretty much ALL the store stuff. Blows my mind.
I have lots of CC so my DCCache latest number is dcdb63.dbc and growing. Double that with the .tmp files. I wish there was a way to group the .dbc files in order to reduce the number of them.
As soon as I temporarily remove some .dbc's to desktop, the launcher opens in seconds. When all installed it takes close to 5 minutes and I have a very fast high capacity computer. Some day I will attempt a clean up of rarely used CC.
As for Master Controller with an option to compact? Wow, interesting. I may try. Thank you for that information.
