TO ALL HAVING TROUBLE WITH 16 DIGIT CODES

Still doesn't resolve the "already used key" issue... But thanks, anyway.

Same question... how i find Sims 3 in my library, and hit the "more info" if there's no "Sims 3 in my library"

Ah, another genius emerges! You should consider applying for EA's community service. You appear to be as knowledgeable as they are.

All these idioits dont realise that people cant get to that step because it says the code has already been used which it is in my case as it is as it's in my library but when i check game details to see my 20 digit code i see the same 16 digit code i used to redeem it on origin.  I know i cant be anymore disappointed with ea and origin but this is pushing the limits.

well i have spoken to an ea assistant who told me the 20 digit code will be emailed to us but has not given us a date or time. typical ea.

I still am not gettign any mail with a 20 digit code.

Page "https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/redemption/index?gameId=ebisu" doesn't work for me. All I got is white screen. My account is polish.
