@divina57&nbsp; Can you download Dragon Valley through Store &gt; My Store Account &gt; Purchase History?&nbsp; Please try and let me know.

If not, did you ever register DV, or just buy it?&nbsp; You should have received an email with a code to register on the Store site.&nbsp; Please see the first post of this thread for more details:
