@katiebarton14 Which packs have you installed, and have you uninstalled any packs at any point? Has the game been installed on this computer before?
I’m try uninstalling that I’m try make new account look like work say no found dvd

On dvds I’m need download origin @katiebarton14 If you're seeing the "no disc found" error, you simply need to uninstall your newest pack by the date EA released it and then reinstall that pack through Origin. If you're still getting an unknown error, please let me know which packs you've already installed, and which you want to install but haven't yet.
