TS3 Launcher not recognizing expansions

Recently i've installed the sims 3 again on my computer, i have 5 expansion packs and 1 stuff pack. But out of these 6, only 4 are being recognized by my game. One expansion pack (late night) and one stuff pack (high end loft stuff) my game just ignores completely it's existence, i don't get the option to activate these packs inside my launcher. Anyone knows how can i fix it? 

ps: atm only 3 packs are installed bc i've uninstalled the whole game trying to fix it and i was installing the packs 1 by 1 to check if the packs were being recognized and just not appearing inside the laucher. But they are not being recognized at all even when they were the only expansion packs inside the game 

ps2: i've tried clearing cache from ea app and repairing the game, it didn't work
