two dlc missing
redeemed two codes for sims 3 it said accepted code but never gave option to download them now the codes wont work i used them off my original cd! i dont know what to fdo i restarted the appt etc sti...

it doesnt show them im missing generations and pets. originally it took the codes but did not give me a confimation
@Player_eaggn59g You'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Take a photo for each pack showing its disc, case, and product code (clearly readable); you can upload these photos when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
