Two Sims 3 Expansion Packs Gone

Hi. I bought the Sims 3 starter pack many years ago. It included the discs for the base game, Late Night expansion pack, and a stuff pack. From there on, I bought Generations, Seasons, Pets, Ambitions, Showtime, University Life, and Island Paradise. All of my expansion packs and the base game are showing up on the EA App except for Late Night and Seasons. I have since lost the discs and the codes for these expansion packs, but I don’t think it even matters because I found the codes by looking through the registry in my computer, but when I tried entering them, it said that the codes have already been redeemed? But they are not showing up in the EA App. I obviously know I have them because when I would play Sims 3 through the launcher before EA App, they would be there. Help would be appreciated.

    Hi @adzgirl2000,

    It sounds like Late Night and Seasons are currently registered to a different EA account than the one you're logging in with. We aren't able to verify this with you over the forums since we don't have access to your account details here, but you can reach out to the live support team and provide your codes for these expansions, and live support can search those codes and help you locate which account those expansions are currently tied with. Once the account has been located, live support will verify that you are the account owner, and then help you regain access to that account.
