BethRoseM I'd still like to know what mods you currently have installed. And if you haven't already, please install NRaas ErrorTrap, Overwatch, and MasterController, and run an MC reset on the sim in question (NRaas > MC > Advanced > Reset Sim). This is much more thorough than the resetsim cheat. And even if you previously did an MC reset, please do it again with ET and OW in place, as they remove corruption and stale data that the save would otherwise collect indefinitely.
If this doesn't help, I can take a look at your save, that is if you're interested. In that case, zip up the save, upload it to a filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and either post the link here or send it to me via private message. Please also list the expansion and stuff packs you have installed as well as the Store worlds, and the world this save takes place in as well if it's a custom world.
