Ok this is for Sims 3. For some reason it's not letting me click it in Select Product. My title pretty much says it all. Whenever I try to go to "refresh" in Game Updates to see if my game is up to date, the message "Unable to connect to EA Download manager" comes up ..... Quiiitteee annoyyinggg... HELP !
EADM is no longer a supported program. It's Origin now. Uninstall EADM from your computer, download Origin and install that: http://www.origin.com/en/download

I am having the same problem but I already have Origin, and I made sure it is the latest version.
- Did you change the email address on your account lately ?
- Are you sure that nothing is blocking the connection, like an anti virus program and/or firewall ?
- Java, flash player & Windows all up-to-date ?
Since EADM is no longer a supported program, how do I Uninstall it and its connected to the Sims3 game? I've already Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. This is really very very very annoying. Who knew that trying to play a video game or getting an update would be so tedious. Please help.
You can uninstall it like any other windows program. I think it also auto-updates to Origin and it's basically just the wording that is wrong.
Do you already have Origin installed ?
