Unable to fulfill opportunities

    @juliach12  I'm glad to hear that opportunities are (mostly) working now.  The issue with the IP Civic Center is probaby that it's a combination rabbithole, as in, the building hosts multiple rabbithole types.  (A rabbithole is the common term for a spot where a sim disappears to perform an action we can't see, for example going to work or taking a skill class.)  NRaas Overwatch fixes this bug, if it matters to you, although you may still need to cancel the current opportunity.

@juliach12  Since you're willing to try a few mods, please download NRaas ErrorTrap, Overwatch, Register, and MasterController.  You can find descriptions and download links here:

Delete the cache files again, load your save, and let the game clock run for a few sim-minutes.  Cancel any opportunities your sim or sims already have assigned.  Then click on City Hall and select NRaas > MasterController > Town Options > Reset Everything.  This process can take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your computer, and it will tell you when it's done.  Afterwards, let the game clock run for a few more sim-minutes, then use "save as" to rename the save, and quit.  Delete the cache files yet again, reload, and see if opportunities work.

You don't need to wait for the game to grant new opportunities.  Instead, click on one of your sims and select NRaas > MC > Basic > Opportunity: By Category, choose a category, and pick one of the options.  Skip any that say True to the right, which means your sim has already completed them; Repeatable or a blank is fine.

@puzzlezaddict Thank you, I will try that. I just realised that I don’t currently have mods and I don’t have a Mods folder. Can I simply make a new folder called Mods? Through the link you recommended I found a setup for Mods to download but it does not want to be downloaded…

      @puzzlezaddictThank you very much. I haven’t downloaded the mods yet. However, I opened the game again and for some reason it’s working. Maybe the method with a new save made with a different household worked but somehow later… I don’t know but it’s working now. Thank you so much for your help! If I have the same or a similar problem ever again, I will try the mods you sent. Now the only problem appears to be connected with a lot. Opportunities with Civic Center in Isla Paradiso do not work. The rest works for now.
