Unable to Install New Worlds

Hello,

I have just recently bought the new bundle sale, which includes the Monte Vista world and the 100 simpoints. I also figured out that I had never installed Riverview or two in game Create a Sim items I had purchased. Anyways, I went through the launcher and actually installed all the items. It told me that both of the worlds had been installed to the main menu and both of my Create a Sim items were installed in Create a Sim.

But, everytime I try to start a new game and click on one of my New Words, I can't find them in the list. It's either the three worlds they want me to buy, and Sunset Valley. The two worlds I installed are no where to be found.

I looked through the topics on here, and tried the whole going into my Sims 3 folder on my computer going through the whole DCcache folder, deleting the items of DCbackup, reinstalling the worlds, etc. I've done that multiple times, and my worlds still do not show up.

Can anyone help me with this because it's really frustrating I just want to play my new worlds!
