Uninstall then reinstall...

i had trouble with patching a free world created by someone online and accidentally deleted the launcher on my desktop.

so i uninstalled the game and reinstall again then i couldnt. it always stops at the sunset valley cach. 

can someone help? did i accidentally delete a file?
