University Life Bug thread

1. Are you using any Custom Content or mods ? No mods, very little CC
2. If you are using mods, are you using any of the 'big ones' like Awesome Mod or Twallan’s mods
3. If you're not using mod, did you never use them or did you take them out for the EP (as you are supposed to do) Yes, I use a few of Twallan's mods and I removed them all for patch 1.5/Uni
4. Did you update the mods you put back with a compatible version ? I did not replace them
5. Do you have University Life or just the Patch ? I have University Life
6. Which Patch Level are you at ? Whatever came with the game, I think it's 1.6 something... Sorry, not at home computer
7. Did you start a new game or are you playing an existing ones ? Um, old neighborhood, new sim.
8. Did you transfer an existing Sim over or are they new/Pre-Made ? New
9. What town are you currently playing ? EA or Custom ? Bridgeport
10. What is your Operating System (Mac, XP, Vista, Win 7) Vista
11. Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game. Origin DD
My problem is my sim graduated from the medical/science major with an "A" degree but she did not receive an extra trait. I did accidentally cancel her graduation ceremony, but the "A" degree is still showing up under her degree history and she returned home triumphantly. Other things that may have contributed are that she became a plant sim while at Uni and got her nerd level to 10 (she did receive the extra trait at Nerd level 8). It was my understanding that you could now get 7 traits, but she did not get the one from graduation. Please let me know if anyone finds a workaround! I'm going to send her back for a second degree to see if that helps.
