Okay, so I have downloaded The Sims 3 University Life on Origin and it gave me the "Install" option after it was done downloading. But every time I click it, an error message pops up saying, "Please...
I did try one patch, I can't remember exactly where it was from (safe, I know), but I did end up calling EA help support thing and they helped me get University on my other account which has my base game, but everytime the launcher comes up, I click play (and says I cannot connect to origin) but the game does not show up. I did more research and come to find out, under my program files, I don't have an Electronic Arts folder, so one person suggested to look under Origin instead of Electronic Arts but nothing was there either. I don't know what's going on, and quite frankly, I don't know if I'll ever buy the Sims again considering everything that's happened. (Which this isn't the first; there's always something wrong). So, I'm uninstalling everything and going to try and just reinstall the games I have in front of me. Knowing my luck, it probably won't work, but it's worth a shot. Thank you for replying, I really appreciate it.
