Unknown error has occurred on MacBook Air
I just downloaded and installed the sims 3 on my MacBook Air and every time I try to open it to play, it pops up with an unknown error has occurred. what can I do?

@christinamusto1 There are several causes for the unknown error, and which fixes you'll need to apply will depend on the model of your MacBook Air as well as which packs you've installed. So first, please provide your specs, as described in this post:
Please also list the packs you've installed, if any, and let me know whether you've ever uninstalled TS3 or any packs from this computer, now or before.
