UPDATE 9-2-20 Has your Sims 3 game been affected by the recent pixilation issues?

Which update was it? I've been having problem with skin textures specifically but it started a month ago I think:

It goes away once my default skin kicks in (like when I drag them into CAS) but it looks awful lol. That's so specific though. :-\
