Upload to the Sims 3 exchange error.

I am having this same issue for one 64x64 lot I have successfully uploaded an EA lot but for some reason with this lot I keep getting the same error when uploading. I have successfully uploaded it to mediafire where a friend downloaded it, placed it in her world and was able to successfully share it to the exchange. I used ZERO CC, there is no longer any store content in my game or the build, I reset the game back to factory settings, used a new cleaned out (empty) builders Sunset Valley and I still get the same error. I have even tried uploading it without adding my own pictures and even adjusted the description and name. There is nothing I can think of to do now.
