Uploaded lot removed from exchange

"Your Exchange upload has been removed by The Sims 3 Web Team. Your upload may have been violating the site's Terms of Service" How do I find out what this means to me and where the problem is?

    I contacted tech support and spoke with a "advisor."  They were unable to explain the problem but agreed to my suggestion of deleting the lots from my launcher, renaming them, and rerunning the uploads.  I am going to try that.

I do know that if you upload a file  to your launcher and  put it on the exchange you can not use that same file again. You would have to create a new file. You don't have to rename it , the file has to be new. In your case since you don't know why and EA doesn't know why they deleted it renaming a new upload might solve the issue.
