Useless Customer Service
I have had no less than 8 replies to my cases through EA and not a single one has solved the problem I've not had for over a month and no actions have been taken to solve that problem. Now, amidst the complete and total frustration and anger I have towards everything this company is, I can't even get my money back for the game I WAS NEVER ABLE TO PLAY. Customer service is quick to reply and even quicker to forget about you and doesn't do anything to help.So here's my question, am I going to get my money back at all, or am I going to get stuck in what has been an endless loop of "Thank you for contacting EA help."?
