That's the weirdest DxDiag I've ever seen. Wonder if something is wrong with your hardware.
Let me try to find someone that knows more about that kind of stuff to help you out. I'm not that good with hardware.
Seems it doesn't really crash if your crash logs are that old.
If it's of any help, this is the DXDiag from the User profile, rather than the Admin profile. I dunno if that makes any difference...
Does your user profile have admin rights ?
It might make a difference. Did you try starting the game from the admin account ? Or at least start it as administartor ?
Another suggestion would be to use ccleaner on your computer to clean up any left over references.
The user profile will sometimes ask for a the admin password to do stuff. But I've tried running Sims3/Supernatural on the admin profile, with the exact same results as noted above.
What is ccleaner?
