I had a computer and I used a redeem code on it. I bought a new computer and now i want to redeem the lullaby thing that came with generations but i cant because it said "this redeem code has been used" please help.

if you redeemed that code for the set when you first got it and used it then the set ought to be in your the Sims 3 account-my store account-purchase history to download from there then install it
