I bought a brand new sims 3 disc over a year ago and tried to install it on my laptop. At the time my laptop was very old and didn't have the storage capacity to download the actual game so I never got to play it. I recently bought a new laptop and tried to install the game again but it says that the code has already been used. What should I do?

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download with the email and password you use for your account my games tab right click the game icon download If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser
