When I enter my Sims 3 product code it says ''This code has already been used''.

I just bought the Sims 3 for PC from ebay(used).  I own the PC Install Disc yet I'm unable to install it to my laptop? and I cannot get through to customer support, as for Live Chat I've tried changi...

Hello, My suggestion is that the original user has probably scammed you. Im sorry is someone has already commented i havent looked. I would tell the user either he/she is confused or has scammed you.
