When I enter my Sims 3 product code it says ''This code has already been used''.

I just bought the Sims 3 for PC from ebay(used).  I own the PC Install Disc yet I'm unable to install it to my laptop? and I cannot get through to customer support, as for Live Chat I've tried changi...

The person that sold you the game obviously didn't renew the code before selling their game, the EA support isn't open on Sundays, you will have to wait until another day, this happened to me and they will help you,
