Where Can I Buy The Cow Plant for Sims 3 for the PC?

I was looking through the online store but couldn't find the cow plant. I know it's sold there cause a friend bought it a while back but I can't find it. ☹️

    Go to the store "Best sellers" Scroll down until you see the "premium Items" section there should be a little blue scroll arrow, the Cow Plant is number 11 last I checked.
