@BillFlowerpot There's no way to buy Twinbrook separate from the Ambitions EP. There are probably plenty of cc bridges out there, but I wouldn't know where to direct you. The builders section of the Sims forums could probably help you, as there are still some active world builders around. Since I've never used the CAW tool, I would only be guessing.
