So there's no extra leaflet ? Mine is blue.
Does it say limited edition on the cover of the box ?

Then you either need to contact the seller or EA customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
