Where is my order history?

I just placed an order two days ago on Origin. I received my email receipt of my order but I want to find out where it currently is. Ive looked at my order history in an attempt to track my games but...

    To view your previous and pending Origin Store purchases, login to www.ea.com/profile and view the Orders & Billing tab, then click View Order Details.

    Please note that only your Origin.com purchases will be visible on this site, and orders made through the Origin Client can be viewed from within the client itself by clicking on Help in the top menu, then Order History.

This does not work for me.  I show no order history at all.  Please reinstate my orders.  All I get now is "Well that didn't go as planned" and I can't access anything I've ordered.
