Why can I not go in my game?

I try to enter into my game, and it gives me a notification that I am not connected, and that I am offline. Does it mean my Internet? I don't think so, because I am connected to Internet. Please help me, I have been waiting for so long to play this game. Thank you very much.

@MyaNyaCats You have to be connected through Origin. Do you have Origin running? Are you logged into Origin? The game has to be activated online through Origin to play.
