Why didn't i get the free simpoints when i registered my game?

i didnt get my serial code thought how do you get your serial code

free $10 of simpoints only come with the sims 3 base game and world adventures

if you just bought either for those games and registered them and didn't  receive your simpoints then you need to contact CS

@sara_ester96  Which packs did you buy, and have you registered them in either Origin or the Sims 3 store?  Please keep in mind that free SimPoints are only offered for the base game and World Adventures; some exceptions notwithstanding, the offer is not available for other packs.

When you're signed into the store site, you should see a button to redeem points on the left of your screen.  If it's not there, try a different browser; then try clearing all of your browser caches including the one for Internet Explorer.  Even if you never use it, the store does for some purposes.  Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites.
