Why does Sims 3 sounds like it's killing my system?

When I start to play sims 3 my systems starts making sounds similar to this guys system:

My computer doesn't struggle with any other games and so can't understand why this is happening.

My systems specs:

Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon)
Gigabyte Z97-HD3 Intel Z97

Crucial MX100 256GB SATA 2.5” 7mm SSD

Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze

G.Skill 8GB (2x 4GB) Dual Channel Ares Series Memory Kit

    Do you know how to do it on AMD cards ? If so, could you post instructions ?

  • I play Skyrim, Dishonored, Tomb Raider, Sleeping Dogs, Sniper Elite 3, The Walking Dead, Dragon Age, Minecraft and a few others. All of my hardware is running fine.

    But yeah I've just decided to wait until Sims 4 is released, no point risking my system for a game that I won't play again in a couple months.
