Hi! I have a bit of a problem. When the launcher for my game appears the welcome screen where I log in is just a blue screen. So I cannot log into game. I have pressed play and got to the library page but still cannot log in to the game. I can play offline but that is not what I want. Is there a fix for this. I have emptied my cache and all that and still have the problem.

No I can still play, just not log in. Comes onto white screen now with Website cannot display page. This really sucks!!!

What was the solution? I am having the same issue for 3 days now. tried all the troubleshooting.
@sims3294 Is your computer a pc or mac? If a pc try deleting the browsing history in IE (Internet Explorer). It had to be IE as the game uses IE to communicate.
@roberta591 I cleared all of my browsing history and the cookie data of the IE but it still shows a white welcome page by which I cant log in, though I can still play the game offline but that's not what I want.... Plz help logging me in... Thank You
@Bilal5371 First thing I notice is the version of your game. Is your game in Origin? Your version still has SecuROm as DRM. First you need to have your game in Origin. Then download the sims 3 version 1.67 super patch and run it - link - Sims 3 version 1.67 super patch When the game is at version 1.69 Origin will patch the game to version 1.69.
