Will the Sims, Sims 2 and Sims 3 play on an external DVD drive?
I have got a netbook and soon I am purchasing a dvd drive for it soon as I am wanting to watch DVD's and play game's, will a the Sims, Sims 2 and Sims 3 play on an external DVD drive?
Sure. It's easier to install the Sims 3 through Origin though. Then you can play the game without a disc. All you have to do is to register your game on the Sims 3 website or in the Origin client. You can then download and install the game from the Origin client.
