World adventure wont register on sims web page

I bought World Adventure from origin client, installed it and see on the launcher that is't all sorted. The sims3 web page dont want to register it, i even tried putting in the code manually witch ofc was invalid since i already have it and used it. How can i get this updated?

Also have another question. I Also bought Seasons a few days ago and ofc lost the email where the bonus Weather stone guide and code where.. how can i get this again?

    The weather stone doesn't need a code. It will show up automatically if you have both Supernatural and Seasons installed.

    For your other issue: Try logging out and back in and if it still doesn't show, get in touch with a customer support game advisor

    3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution
    6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
    7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
