World Adventures items disappearing from inventory :(

So I'm not really sure what the heck happened, everything was working fine but then all of a sudden my sims 'return home' from China OR Egypt and all the tomb items, or adventure specific things are ...

Slinky332  Do you use any mods at all?  I would suggest adding NRaas Traveler, along with ErrorTrap and Overwatch, to fix travel-related issues and issues with data corruption in general.  More information about these mods is here:

I would also suggest reverting to a previous save if you have one, particularly because Pangu's Axe doesn't always behave well when it's added to a household through buydebug.
