Worlds purchased on wrong EA account

On my ea account I brought 2 add-ons for my sims 3 game. It charged my credit card and it said I got both the add-ons on the app. But NOTHING to install or download. And no email either to my email linked to the account. I did everything, I cleared cache, repaired everything, searched around and nothing.

Finally got to an actual person after 2 days. Waited for an hour and gave so much information and screenshots. Just for them to say it accidentally got applied to my old ea account that is expired, which I haven't used in over 5 years??? Even though I was on my new account, linked to my email and my credit card. I only used the app. (Mind you, I have brought other add-ons and things in the past 5 years and it instantly applied it to my account that was open.) Obviously it was some sort of glitch.

I know the name ID, passwords and emails of both accounts but they could not do ANYTHING since I failed the verification check on my old account simply because I couldn't remember when the last time I used it was, or the last thing I purchased on it- as if I would remember something to the exact date over 5 years ago. So they cannot even ISSUE ME A REFUND OVER THEIR GLITCH???? 60$ gone and nothing to be done. I even begged just to send me the verification email with the product code that was sent to my old email(that no longer exists). Even for that they said no. Mind you, it was supposed to be sent to my email linked to my account which I purchased it on!?!

Save your money and delete this corporate loophole of a money grab buisness. I have never seen a system so greedy before.

    Hey there d3ir2wfeacqu

If your older EA account is attached to an email you can no longer access, you would need to continue working with live support on this.

Live support won't be able to make any changes to that account or update the email unless you can provide enough accurate information to prove that you are the original owner of the account.

Please submit a new help request here to work with the team on this. Once you can verify your ownership of this older EA account, live support can help you get logged back and in check your refund eligibility.
