wrong product code

I recently re-installed The Sims3 on my mac. I copied the product code as given, and pasted when prompted in the installer. The 'continue' button is still greyed out...So I 'Redeemed Product Code" and it told me that the code redeemed was for the world adventures EP, which I have not yet installed... Please can I be sent an accurate product code so I can play this great game??!?!

  • @BeatnikBun  Is it possible that World Adventures installed automatically?  It will do so if you've enabled automatic game updates in Origin—all your packs will be downloaded after the base game.  At any rate, you should be able to find your product code on your own.  In Origin, click on My Game Library and then right-click (or crtl-click) on the Sims 3 icon and select Game Properties.  The base game code should be listed on the popup screen.

    If this doesn't help, contact EA customer support.  Once you've established that you're the owner of this account, a support rep should be able to provide you the code.
