Xbox 360 Graphics rendering issue

Ever since I moved into the second home I have not been able to render the graphics for areas in the town such as workplace and everywhere except my home, it will allow me to function with them but as soon as I step on land my sim practicly dissapears and I cannot see other sims. This is on the Xbox 360. Please help. I have tried cleaning the disk and installing on my Xbox.

    It only tells me about computer issues even when I select Xbox. They should have person to person help other than by phone, can anyone help me?

    The Sims 3 PC support - goodish

    The Sims 3 MAC support - bad

    The Sims 3 XBOX 360 support - non-existent

     

    I think you'll have better luck in an XBOX 360 forum. I have one, but don't have The Sims 3 on it, neither have I had any issues with rendering in any game ever. Some XBOX 360 players say that installing the game to the drive solves it, but if you've already tried that then I guess you'll have better luck getting a solution in that forum.
